Access and use of the Pet-n-Sur website ("Website") is subject to the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use"). By proceeding to use this website, you are deemed to have read and understood the Terms of Use and you signify your acceptance of the same.


'PetsRUs Voucher Offer' Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is for ten $100 PetsRUs vouchers.

2. The voucher will be delivered via a code to the winners that can be used online at petsrus.co.nz.

3. The winners will be contacted after the offer closing period by email.

4. The offer will close on 16 December 2023.

5. The voucher is not redeemable for cash.

6. Pet-n-Sur's standard policy acceptance terms will apply to all 'PetsRUs Voucher Offer' applications.


'Refer a Friend' Terms and Conditions

1. Pet-n-Sur's standard acceptance terms will apply to all 'Refer a Friend' Applications.

2. The 'Refer a Friend' reward shall be in the form of a Gift Voucher.

3. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

4. Policies shall be considered valid for 'Refer a Friend' gift vouchers when the following criteria is met -

a) The Policy has been open for at least 7 days and

b) Pet-n-Sur has received at least 1/12 of the Annual Premium in cleared funds.

5. Pet-n-Sur will send the Voucher to an email address specified by the Referrer.

6. Pet-n-Sur's standard policy acceptance terms will apply to all 'Refer a Friend' applications.
